PLAMILY SYSTEM is the company that owns Enebrat, the mobile application and the website to which this legal notice refers.
2. Purpose and scope
This legal notice governs electronic access to the PLAMILY SYSTEM website through https://enebrat.com/ (the “Website”) and to the Enebrat mobile application, owned by PLAMILY SYSTEM (the “Application”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, PLAMILY SYSTEM reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Website and the Application, as well as the conditions required for accessing and/or using them.
Users are further informed that the prices shown for the Application’s premium subscription include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Access
The Website contains a range of informative content aimed at potential applicants and the general public about the activity carried out by PLAMILY SYSTEM. Access to the Website is free of charge and browsing it does not require registration.
Access to the features of the Application requires prior registration by the user. In addition, the Application is available in a free version and a paid version.
The processing of personal data collected through the Website and the Application is governed by the Privacy Policy. Likewise, the use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
This Website and the Application are protected by Spanish legislation on intellectual and industrial property rights. Accordingly, the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of the Website and the Application and/or of any of the elements that make them up is prohibited, including, by way of example and without limitation, texts, images, sounds, animations, videos, sound recordings, trade marks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files and colour combinations, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their content, without prejudice to any rights that third parties may hold over any of their elements.
